Application Instructions:

1. Preheat your heat press to 305°F (150°C).
2. Place your garment on the press and pre-press for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
3. Position your transfer (design facing up, clear film on top).
4. Press for 10–15 seconds with medium to firm pressure.
5. Let it cool completely, then peel the film cold.
6. Optional: Cover with parchment paper and press again for 5 seconds for a smooth finish.
